Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Sale items (final sale)
- Items returned without prior approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
